This section will be continuously updated as we test and learn from our partners as well as experiments that we run at Flex.

Top of Funnel - Raise Awareness

  • Social Media - Announce across any and all of your social channels that your brand or product is now HSA/FSA eligible (see messaging guidance for exact language)
  • Paid Ads - We’ve had partners see success targeting HSA/FSA users, particularly on Facebook. This is a must do during Q3 and Q4 when consumers are looking to spend FSA dollars before they expire.
  • Landing Page / FAQ - Improve SEO around HSA/FSA and your brand. Attract new customers interested in and searching for a place to spend their HSA/FSA funds.
  • Flex Marketplace Listing - Email sam@withflex.com to be added to or featured on Flex’s HSA/FSA marketplace.
  • Blog Post or Case Study - Email sam@withflex.com if you’re interested in being featured in a blog post or collaborating on a case study.

Mid- Funnel - Nurture Leads

  • Flex Shopify Theme App (Coming soon)
  • Email Campaigns - Re-engage previous customers or lost leads by messaging them about the new payment option on your site. This is a must do during Q3 and Q4 when consumers are looking to spend FSA dollars before they expire. (Flex will release specific messaging in Sept to use during these campaigns)

Bottom of Funnel - Drive conversions

  • Landing Page / FAQ - Help interested consumers troubleshoot any issues and get more clarity on the process of using their HSA/FSA.
  • Checkout Optimization - Flex is continuously testing messaging, colors, buttons, layout etc. to improve checkout conversion for our partners. Email miguel@withflex.com if you have any feedback or tests you’d like to see.
